SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

Orders are processed within up to 7 business days before shipping because each decant is hand-poured for your specific order.

Once shipped, delivery is handled via USPS. Standard shipping is $7.99 and shipping is free on orders over $75. We currently ship within the United States only.

Every decant is carefully packed to help prevent breakage in transit. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us at contactus@mikasscentlibrary.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

International shipping is not available yet.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance decants, all sales are final. Each decant is hand-poured from an authentic bottle specifically for your order and once opened it cannot be resold.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal scent preference, change of mind or not liking the fragrance.

If you received the wrong fragrance or your order arrived damaged or leaking, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. If a damage or wrong-item claim is approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
